About This Site

I decided to create a website about my truck along with previous trucks owned, artwork, advertising and custom coding projects I have built over the years as a project of hosting a website. It all started on a MK808 Android HDMI Stick Running a LAMP Server on Picuntu Linux. Then I moved up to a Raspberry Pi 3 running Raspbian with LAMP installed. And Most recently have changed to a HP ProDesk 600 G3 Desktop Mini running Proxmox with a Debian 10 vm running LAMP and hosting 2 websites.

Name & Logo Creation "Darth V-8er"

I was working on the truck talking to a few people and saying, "I need to come up with a name for my truck." One of the people there said since it is Black and Red to name it Darth Maul. I looked into the word Darth in Wikipedia and decided to use that as the beginning of the name. I sent out an e-mail and got a response from a family member that said go with something classic like, "Darth V-8er" since the truck has a V-8. The name stuck and I have not wanted to change it since. Next came the logo which took about a month to create.
